We are at 763 Larkfield Road, Suite 101. Our office is located inside the Long Island Spine Specialist’s Building.

From West:
Long Island Expressway: Go to Exit 52, Commack Road North. Take Commack Road North to Daly Road (The Hamlet) and make a left. While on Daly Road, stay to the right which turns into Larkfield Rd. We are located on the right across the street from the Sears Huntington Square Mall.

From East:
Long Island Expressway: Go to Exit 53, Commack Road North. Take Commack Road North to Daly Road (The Hamlet) and make a left. While on Daly Road, stay to the right which turns into Larkfield Rd. We are located on the right across the street from the Sears Huntington Square Mall.

Northern State Parkway (East or West):
Go to Exit 43, Commack Road North (Make a left off the parkway exit ramp). Take Commack Road to Daly Road (The Hamlet) and make a left. While on Daly Road, stay to the right which turns into Larkfield Rd. We are located on the right across the street from the Sears Huntington Square Mall.

From Jericho Turnpike:
Our office is 2/10 of a mile South of Jericho Turnpike. We are located on the left across the street from the Sears Huntington Square Mall. On the corner of Jericho Turnpike on the left just before our building is the Trader Joes shopping center.
